The mission assigned to SAFEGE’s Research, Innovation and Sustainable Development Department is a strategic one that reflects the company’s firm policy objectives:
- To lead, stimulate and advance the research effort, not only within the Department itself but across the company as a whole, in particular through its International Research Centre for Applied Hydroinformatics (CIRAH) (approved as a contributor to R+i Alliance programmes) and SAFEGE’s operational oceanography subsidiary, Actimar
- To identify the issues of the future and do the work needed to develop the skills and human resources to be deployed within the Group
