Variety

A broad range of fields

stephane.d.jpg
As a project manager I deal with a broad range of fields: water and wastewater, engineering studies in the field of urban hydraulics and design and project management. In the past year I've also worked on assignments abroad, in Indonesia and Chad.
When I joined the company in 2003, my first assignments were urban water studies. I spent a year and a half with an NGO in Uzbekistan, tasked with developing drinking water systems. It was an opportunity to discover the various aspects of design and construction supervision, which is what I did when I came back to Safege.

I like the variety that Safege offers

I've never worked on the same type of study more than once, for example. I discover a new way of working every time and I like that.

The variety of the job

What's rewarding about being a branch office manager is the variety of the job : business development, proposal preparation and partnerships, administrative and financial management, personnel management and recruitment in coordination with the Human Resources Department. And, through your project director functions, you also get to indulge your engineer's passion for the technical side of the business.
