Recruitment process

HOW TO APPLY

We ask you to submit your application on-line, whether you're applying for an advertised job or making a speculative application. All applications are given careful consideration and you will receive a reply within four weeks.

 

We keep applications for a year, during which time we may contact you again.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

We aim to recruit people with the relevant technical skills and a positive personality and our recruitment process is designed to test both those aspects.

If your application interests us, we will ask you to come in for an informal chat with a recruitment manager :

  • to get a better idea of your background and your reasons for applying,
  • to take some tests so that we can evaluate your ability to analyse and distil information, and assess your personality.

 

The next stage will be to meet the manager of the relevant department or unit so that you can learn more about the position available and the duties involved.

If all relevant parties are in agreement, the Human Resources Department will make you an offer, which, if acceptable to you will be followed by a contract.
