 | An agreement with civil engineering specialists Hagenmuller has sealed SAFEGE's acquisition of a majority stake in the firm.
The move enables SAFEGE to strengthen its capability in complex civil works for water and building infrastructure projects, and to expand its service offering in this field through access to Hagenmuller's seismic engineering expertise.
Hagenmuller, which has a staff of 19 and annual turnover of €1.5 million, provides services for municipal customers and civil engineering contractors.
