A leading player in the development of sustainable cities and regions, SAFEGE has acquired all shares in EXPLICIT, following an initial partnership agreement signed in July 2010.
The result of almost four years of close cooperation between the two companies, this operation consolidates SAFEGE's expertise in the fields of rational energy use, energy performance, the development of renewable energies and adaptation to climate change, areas in which EXPLICIT has been recognised for over 20 years and for which it has developed a range of scientific tools.
This acquisition supplements and enhances SAFEGE's support services within the context of the sustainable development of cities and regions, enabling it to offer its customers project management assistance covering all of their energy and environmental issues, from strategy discussion to operational support.
